At LonePine, we understand Muskoka. We’ve spent years coming to the area to cottage, and loved it so much that we’re here to stay. We also understand the pitfalls and challenges of owning property here, especially when you’re not able to be present year-round. That’s why we’ve created our Property Management Subscription: an innovative product that gives you endless flexibility of choice, but with a level of accountability, dependability, and custom-tailored information that you never dreamed possible.
Why do you need us?
Peace of mind. Above all else, you should expect to be able to trust that the person ultimately accountable for your oasis will be just that…accountable. It’s about trust, something we work hard to earn.
It’s not just that, though. When you or your guests arrive at your property, they should find it secure, clean, and ready to enjoy.
How it works:
At no charge, we meet at your property for a walk around and site planning, sort of a “get to know you” for you, us, and your property. Taking detailed notes, we’ll build a personalized profile of your property’s needs, your expectations, and a list of any immediate concerns or areas you’d like addressed, from minor repairs to major renovations.
We will create your custom management plan for your property, with specific visits (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), requests, and options. This plan is the “bones” of your subscription, and will determine the pricing of your service. Included will be a copy of your service plan for your records, as well as access details for your photo and video documentation.
We will set up a payment arrangement for your subscription. We offer Annual or monthly, and you can choose how you’d like to pay, whether by pre-authoized debit, cheques, or credit card.
